About Me
My passion is the study of psychology and the learning and experiencing of various scientific and esoteric wisdoms on being human.
I have spent years living and exploring my own mind and 20 years studying the mind up to Doctorate level. In addition to gaining my Psychology degree, Psychotherapy diploma and Doctorate in psychology I am also fully qualified in Energy coaching, EMDR, PSYCH K and Internal Family systems .
I dovetail these disciplines to get to the heart of the matter within you. My belief and practice is a committed therapist is one who is always working on themselves to continue to develop and grow. I am consistently pursuing deeper experiential understanding on being human, for myself and ultimately my work with you.
