Therapy

Dr Chillari’s caring and supportive counselling technique enabled me to explore the reasons behind my emotions and behaviour in a safe and reassuring space. Under her compassionate, patient and careful guidance I was able to understand for myself how my past experiences affected how I behaved towards my partner and our children.
